DOORS : Main door frame and Shutters are in Teak Wood finishing and other internal door
Frames are of Non teak wood fitted with flush shutters.
WINDOWS : Windows frames are of non teak wood fitted with safety iron grills with fully

KITCHEN : Marble tap on kitchen platform and 2 feet height dadoing above the platform
TOILETS : a) All the toilets with ceramic flooring &dadoing with glazed tiles up to 5 feet height.

ELECRICALS : Cleaned Electrical Copper Wringing with Sufficient light and fan points, modular Switches including star cable and telephone points.
PANTING : a) All internal walls With 2 coats of O.B.D Over one coat of primer
b) Two coats external paint over lappam & one coat of primer for all internal doors main door will be polished.
c) Two coats enamel paint over one coat of red oxide grills, railing and gates.
